The soul of Sheutsoul

The ancient Egyptians saw human beings as a union of body, mind and soul, and believed the soul was made up of several parts, as many as six. One of them was the sheut, the shadow: the part of us that is always by our side.

Sheutsoul was born from that idea. A brand inspired by the soul: by its life force and also by its shadow. Because training means working with both.

Our symbol is the ankh, the Egyptian key of eternal life. We chose it because that is what we want Sheutsoul to be: something that lasts, just like the habits you build when you train every day.

Train at home, your way

We created Sheutsoul with a simple idea: you don't need a gym to get in shape. With the right equipment you can train strength, cardio, boxing or mobility at home, at your own pace and working with your own body.

That's why we select practical, durable equipment designed for training at home: resistance bands, jump ropes, boxing gear, foam rollers… and our own Sheutsoul editions, such as our bucket hats and fitness set.

Who's behind it

I'm Víctor, and Sheutsoul is my project. I run it personally from Lleida, Spain: I choose the products, handle the orders and answer every message myself.
