In these Terms, "we" or "us" refers to sheutsoul, and "you" or "the customer" refers to the person using the website or buying from it.

1. ACCEPTANCE
By browsing the website or making a purchase, you accept these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the store.

2. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be of legal age to make a purchase. You agree to provide true, up-to-date and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
We try to show our products as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen. We may stop selling a product or limit the quantities available at any time.

4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you a confirmation email when we accept it. If we cannot accept or complete an order, we will let you know and refund any amount charged. Purchases are intended for personal use and not for resale.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices shown include VAT and, for shipments to the European Union and the United States, all import taxes and duties. Shipping is free. Any import taxes or fees that may apply to the Canary Islands are explained in our Shipping Policy. The price that applies is the one in force when you place your order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Some products are shipped from our own stock in Spain, to addresses in Spain only, and others are shipped directly from the warehouses of our international suppliers. Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer when the customer, or the person they have indicated, receives the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

7. RETURNS AND WARRANTY
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days and to the 3-year legal warranty, as set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this website (texts, images, logos, design and the sheutsoul brand) belongs to sheutsoul or to third parties who have authorised its use. It may not be copied, distributed or modified without our written permission.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
sheutsoul.com is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. However, any purchase you make in our store is made directly with sheutsoul. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and sheutsoul.

10. PRIVACY
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. To deliver your order, we share your shipping details with our suppliers and with the shipping companies.

11. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, to impersonate other people, to send viruses or malicious code, or to extract data automatically without our permission.

12. ERRORS
If there is an obvious error in a price, description or product availability, we may correct it. If you have already placed your order, we will let you know and you can choose to continue with the corrected information or cancel the order with a full refund.

13. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for interruptions to the website due to technical reasons beyond our control, or for the content of third-party websites linked from the store. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law, including the legal warranty on products.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the time the order is placed.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, in accordance with applicable law.
